Hello everyone and happy Masters weekend!
The quarter is over and that means we can update our quarterly tracker of tech investments by B2B Distributors. Interestingly, two of the three deals this past quarter were tech acquisitions.Â
YoY the deal count is flat. But our trailing 6 month average is trending positively and hopefully maintains its momentum going into Q2. There’s already one new investment in Q2 – so we’re off to a good start!

Three B2B Distributor Tech deals and one honorable mention below. The honorable mention is from Home Depot Ventures … are we supposed to consider them a B2B Distributor now? Their $150M venture fund would be an easy way to cook the books on our deal count … so, right now, we’re leaving them out of the graphs and formal tracker, but still highlighting their deals for visibility.
