Garland is former SVP and executive committee member of Ferguson, the $30B juggernaut and largest B2B Distributor in construction distribution. After 29 years at Ferguson, Garland is now CEO of Brooks Safety Solutions. At Ferguson, Garland oversaw $20B of business units across residential trade, residential build, commercial, HVAC, industrial, and facility supply.
Nelson is the former COO & EVP of Wesco, the $24B leader in electrical distribution. At Wesco, Nelson he led 8 business units and $8B+ in revenue and drove the Wesco-Anixter integration across 52 countries.
Between them, they’ve led sales organizations with thousands of reps. Their role is to keep us honest — to make sure what we build reflects how distributors actually sell, not a whiteboard version of it.
